Thursday

On thursday, my 3:10pm class was canceled, so I only had one class...I told maggie it was a birthday miracle.

I took a nap and did some reading, and after Maggie came home from class we strolled through pougkeepsie to go to the bank and then went to dinner with some friends at a local japanese restaurant. I had to leave the dinner festivities early to go to a debate movie night; where I would also receive Maggie's surprise cake, which I bribed the president of debate into baking.

After I came back from debate, I joined Maggie in our friend's room and we sang and pretended to blow out pretend candles.

I don't think I've ever had homemade carrot cake before, it was delicious! I'm thinking that might be my lunch today....

I'm going to Princeton today for debate meetings, will try to take pictures there as well to post on the blog!
