Today is my roommate Maggie's 19th birthday!!!
As far as yesterday is concerned, not too much exciting stuff happend...I did LOTS of reading. About 140 pages on research of the 2008 election, and still have so much more reading to do.
I did go to pilates yesterday, and it wasn't as hard as I thought it would be after not going for a couple of weeks, I'm sore...but that's to be expected.
After pilates, I had an early dinner with my friend Sarah, came home and read, went to an amnesty international meeting, came back and did more reading, and then went to watch a movie with my friend Emmy, whose roommate is out of town.
After I came back, Maggie (who had been sleeping) was awake and I wished her happy birthday since it was 12:30am at this time, and since I was too excited to wait, I made her open her present; which consisted of a patterned scarf and bag of her favorite candy; butterfingers!
We're going out to dinner to celebrate tonight, so I'll try to have pictures for tomorrow!
I always get to excited to wait to give people their pressies too!
