Yesterday was filled with lots of reading...and writing. I finished my Jewish studies paper, and turned in the (very) rough draft of my final history paper, so that I can get comments on the first half before I write the rest, due on the 9th.
While I had a lot of reading yesterday, the majority was very enjoyable...as 2/3 of it was "light reading" for Jewish Studies, which definitely wasn't as dense as my international politics reading on feminist ideologies' influence on migration patterns...
Not much "fun" stuff went on yesterday, although, the dining center did have ice cream, which was a good end to my day!
And, I finally opened the sleeping bag that my mom purchased online from Target for me, I know it wouldn't stand up to an Alaskan camping excursion, but it will be nice for my trips to visit friends or for debate tournaments!
I am with you on this one, ice cream just makes the day better. My mom was the same way, maybe it is genetic.
