Happy Halloween to all!
My halloween weekend officially kicked off on Friday when my friends and I went to a haunted house put on by one of the other Vassar dorms. The theme was a "haunted majors' fair" so, and there were lots of things jumping out at you, and lots of cool props and impressive costumes.
Saturday consisted of going to the halloween fest put on by the seniors, my roommate went on a trip to DC this weekend with a few other friends, so I ended up going by myself to get food and dip carmel apples, but I can never complain about free food.
That night, there was a free dorm dinner but on my Lathrop and then the big halloween dance.
It was fun seeing everyone's costumes a few costumes I saw that night: a gypsy, a hippie, a golfer, a troop of cub scouts, the orbitz gum spokesperson, snooki from Jershey Shore, peter pan, a ping pong ball, a twister mat, calvin (and hobbes), waldo, santa, a banana, and I actually saw a few fellow vikings!
Hmmmm . . . a ping pong ball. I'll have to think a bit on that one.

It is amazing at all the "celebrations" of Halloween. Not much going on here. But I did put a candle in my friends sourdough waffle this morning as it was her birthday - woo hoo.
ReplyDeleteLove it! Lia
