Busy Thursday and Lazy Friday

Thursday consisted of me being in meetings from around 5 to 10. My last meeting was the first annual "debate movie night" with my debate team, where we watched "The Man from Earth" (sort of ridiculous, but great movie).

But my biggest excitement on thursday was receiving a package full of sticky notes, magnets, tea, chocolate, miscellaneous food items, and a Kincaid Keller Original which is now hanging on my wall.

I also organized things I've received lately either into a "fun box" or a "food box" (which can be fun, don't get me wrong...) And because I knew I wouldn't have that much free time at night, I spent some time goofing around during the day, thus the slighly cannibalistic photos of Mr. Potato Head (playdough from the wonderful Kory!)

This morning I had an eye-appointment, and I've now officially met every doctor at the dutchess county optometry office...and I have yet another appointment (appointment #5) for monday to make sure that my eye has healed completely.
