Before I started studying for my midterms, I ventured out to the quad to go to Vassar's Harvest Fest. This included free food from two nearby very popular restaruants (and tasty empanadas for the second day in a row!), numerous activitiies, performances by acapella groups, and donuts/carmel apples!
I sat in the sun for a while before retreating to my room to do my studying, unfortunatey, I'd forgotten about my carmel apple and it sort of got stuck to my brand new plate that I'd just bought...I was able to scrape it off after much frustration, and many odd looks from anyone who walked by.
Carmel apples are one of my very favorite foods!
