Thursday

On Thursday, I turned in my political science research paper, and life was good again. I then went to my history professor's office, to ask him if I indeed had the wrong copy of the next book we're supposed to be reading. And that I did. But, he let me borrow his book, so life was again good.

After my classes I went to a VPI meeting to talk about funding our end of the year conference, and then met some friends for dinner.

After this, I went to debate and had a meta debate on the purpose of American Parliamentary Debate, and then I went and watched some TV with some debate friends.

Oh! And the article about the debate team was featured in the Miscellany News...(and for some reason, I cannot figure out how to embed links in this, so I just typed out what I think the link is: www.miscellanynews.com/2.5178/vassar-debate-a-resurgent-tour-de-force-1.2548374 If this is not the link, and you have a huge urge to read it, just go to the www.miscellanynews.com and search "debate" and it should be the third article) and the picture in my blog is the picture they should have used...as opposed to the terrible one they used in the article.

  2. What a great article! Finally, I feel as if I understand college debate. We didn't have anything like this at Montana State. (Oh, wait, there was cattle judging!)
