Monday wasn't really all that spectacular, but maybe if I have positive titles I'll feel better...
I went to spanish class, and completed my presentation on latin american female presidents, and it went pretty well...so the rest of the week, I just have to watch presentations.
I went to my last meditation class and we did a nice cumulative meditation section which I really enjoyed, it made me kind of sad that I won't have that to look forward to on mondays anymore...
Went to my american politics class, talked about Rwanda and then went to grab some lunch.
After reading 165 pages of the 9/11 commision report, I went to my first Student Fellow meeting where I got my room assignment for next year. I will be the student fellow on the 2nd floor, on the north side. This is awesome because 1.) 2nd floor means I will have to only climb one flight of stairs, as upposed to the two that I had to hike this year 2.) the north side of the building (the side I am currently on) is getting NEW bathrooms this summer. 3) My room, which is the vice president from the debate team's current room, is a.) huge and b.) right next to the previously mentioned NEW bathrooms.
I then went to my Media studies meeting to work on our project....
Also: Because my old waterbottle broke/was lost at Amherst (not sure how that happend...) I bought a new waterbottle from the Vassar Greens yesterday. And yes, it does have the lorax on it.
I had to look up the lorax - funny creature!
ReplyDeleteIt sounds like you're winding down there. Can you believe your first year is almost over?
