Monday was a pretty normal day. I went to my spanish class, my meditation class, and finally; my US foreign policy class where we had a great lecture on vietnam.
After this, my friend Sarah and I had lunch and then I went back to my room to read.
At 8, I went to VPI, where we discussed our events last week as well as a future event that we're working on for the beginning of May. At 9, I zipped over to MICA which kind of turned into a debate meeting, as we discussed novice breaks at the upcoming tournament. After the meeting ended, some friends and I went to UpC to work on some debate stuff.
...But my day was definitely brightened by a package I got in the mail; I must have gotten this notification on friday after I left for my debate tournament, because it was waiting for me when I got home on saturday; but unfortunately, the post office would be closed the rest of the weekend.
My wonderful cousin Kory sent me some nifty school supplies, lots of good snacks/candy, and a very cool doodle-book/photo frame.Thanks Kory!
I also just received a package from Kory... we are so lucky to have her!
