I hate computers and printers

My life has been plagued by computer and printer problems.

I'm taking a class called political analysis where we use this program called SPSS (statistical package for social sciences) and it's really neat and interesting and the program itself is working fine and the directions are great; but when it came to saving/printing...I was lost. I followed the directions my professor gave but still couldn't figure it out. I brought it to the computer help desk this morning and both guys sort of looked at it confused for a while, and told me some stuff that I still don't understand. On the plus side, I was able to print the document...and I can save it to the point where I can open it on the program but not to save it on my computer...

And when I printed it...it printed out in black squares the first time, and then it worked the second time semi-magically...
