Failing/Winning

Yesterday I had my poli sci midterm, and I felt like I did really well. My professor is a ridiculously hard grader (they call him B- Born....) and a B+ is REALLY good for him, so we'll see...

Before my midterm, I tried to get my first passport because representatives from the local office were on campus for one day only. Unfortunately, I forgot how expensive passports are ($155???) and didn't (or couldn't) bring that much money...so I just got my pictures taken; and I'll have to get my passport another day. I still find it funny that I'm the only person in my family without a passport (or at least in the process of getting one) while I'm the one most likely to leave the country in the next year.

The rest of the day was spent being pretty unproductive. I had dinner with all my fellowees and our house fellow, Professor Rashid (the professor that lives in our dorm); and it went pretty well. Then I had debate, and then I read, and then I went to bed.

Picture is of my passport application.
