Yesterday, I got back into the swing of things with my spanish class, my meditation class, and my foreign policy class.
I had my VPI meeting where we are planning for our upcoming events next week, as well as my MICA meeting filled with more debate than usual.
I can't honestly say that too many exciting things happened yesterday, I just realized that this week/weekend is going to be way more busy than I thought it would be....
But, a fun update for over spring break. Sometime during the second week, my roommate Maggie texted me to tell me that she was being interviewed by a columnist from the LA times. And then that friday, BAM, there she was on page 2, with a huge picture of her. She's all over Vassar's internet sphere, with official college blog posts about her and such and such...I just tried to put the link into the article here, but failed...so if you want to read it, I'd suggest googling "Margarita Lopez, LA times" and you'll get the first hit.
So it was her!! Did you read my post asking if it was her yesterday? As I said she was wearing the same sweater that she wore in one of your pictures. What a great gal she must be. Thanks! I saved the newspaper. She must be an amazing young woman! Have a great day! We are on Catalina Island until the 1st of April -
