Busy Weekend

I just don't know where the weekend went.

On friday, I worked on my group project for political science, and then went to a Teach In on the japanese earthquake. I thought it was incredibly interesting, especially the earth science professor who explained a lot more about the earthquake than I would get from simple news shows. After this, Maggie and I went to a dinner sponsored by a campus group which included indian food and live jazz, it was quite fun! After this maggie and my friends visited in our room before going to an all campus dance party.

The next morning started the Vassar Debate Tournament, and from 11pm to 6pm I was busy putting up signs, judging, writing cases, or watching debate. It ended up being really fun, and I think we got more people to join debate. Following this, some kids on the debate team and myself went out for sushi to celebrate a well-run tournament.

Sunday was very work heavy. I had 2 papers to write, group work for my history class, and random other things to do...but I got it all done, except for my spanish homework, which my teacher never posted on the syllabus.

  1. I love checking things off my list! Although Monday's always give me a hell of a list to start with.

  3. We're all list-makers here, so it must be genetic! In college I rarely got everything crossed off before starting the next list. You're doing well.
