Wednesday

Wednesday was pretty slow until the early evening. I woke up, went to breakfast, worked on my edits for my research paper, then because I was bored, I fell asleep at about 1:45 and did not wake up til 4:45.

So, after my long nap, I met up with Maggie and some friends and went to a reunion for a program that she did at the beginning of the year for first generation college students. It was in a fun pool hall with yummy food. After this, we went to an Africana Studies History Night to watch my friend's class's final presentations. There was more free food there, and it was fun to watch my friend's play.

After this, I had a little break before my first house team meeting, where the outcoming officers and student fellows showed us the ropes for next year. We'll be planning our first study break soon, exciting!
