After a long night of flying, and an even longer day of feeling sick, I arrived at Vassar around 8pm on Sunday still feeling ill. I thought it was just motion sickness...but the nausea continued. After sleeping from 1opm to 8pm the next day (with about 3 hours in between of being awake and semi-alert/active) I felt a LOT better. I visited with some friends who had just returned and went to bed.
I woke up to rain, which was covering the inch of snow that had fallen the night before. After breakfast with friends, I went to the post office to pick up some packages and came back feeling tired yet again. I was able to eat a little, which made me feel better...and I watched a movie with friends before going to sleep early.
First day of classes today!
Everyone got off to Hawaii OK yesterday. I went to Indian Valley to get the moose sausage and jerky after I dropped them off at the airport. It is still very cold - 9 below this am and no break in sight. I have to go out to the Valley today to check on the spec house and a few other things. Hope you are enjoying your balmy weather. Dad
