Last night, 2north celebrated two belated birthdays. One from this past friday, and one from over spring break. It was fun to have all my freshmen together again, I forget how much I like hanging out with them!
Baking was a bit of a disaster, as the Lathrop oven turns off every couple of minutes (or seconds) so that you have to keep increasing the temperature, so I had to watch the cupcakes extra carefully to make sure they didn't burn. I was pretty certain that they would be raw on the inside and burned on the outside, but my freshmen liked them at least!
Are you kidding - home made cup cakes - anyone would love them. tag
