The week has been going along slowly. Lots of reading, but not too much active work beyond that.
I met with my boss the other day and he told me about our next project, he's finishing up the book on Iraq and starting to build a bibliography of his next book, which he described as a intellectual biography of foreign policy and human rights choices of Bill Clinton...so soon, I'll start reading law reviews/human rights journals to try to scrape up some information.
Last night, I went to a really great lecture by Cornel West, philosopher/theologian who has written some really popular books. He teaches at Princeton now, but taught at Harvard and was one of the reasons that Lawrence Summers ( who was president of Harvard at the time) resigned. He was really inspiring and such a good speaker that this hour long speech flew by.
And yesterday, the new edition of the political journal with my article came out. I wrote an article about reach out efforts of Vassar and how they could be improved.
