Baby's First Bread

I made my own bread this week! First time, baby! My housemate Eleni has this super-easy recipe for no-knead bread, and we are going to try to alternate so that we have fresh bread made every other day. The hardest part is definitely washing the dish that holds the sticky bread ingredients, but even that isn't awful. 

(And yes, it is sitting on a upside-down mini muffin tin, as we do not own a bread rack)
