Toffee Dip

For my congressional politics seminar, I was assigned to bring the snack for the week. I made a toffee dip with apple slices, a recipe from my Aunt Trudy. It was a BIG hit, I passed on the recipe to some of my classmates and my professor was raving about it.

Not bad for a snack made from produce and cream cheese borrowed from my dining center and then compiled in my room at midnight.

Pictures of the process:

My friend Linnea test tasting along the way

  1. The toffee-apple recipe is always a winner . . . and it's so darn easy! I bet you have great apples there this time of year, too. Our puny Birchwood apples got consumed by moose.
